A new secondary school is coming to central Dandenong 🏫

Hester Hornbrook Academy has been selected to deliver a new campus within the Revitalising Central Dandenong (RCD) precinct.

The school will provide fee-free education for students aged 15 to 25, with flexible learning pathways and integrated wellbeing support 🍎

Perfectly positioned near Dandenong Station, its central location will make it easier for young people to connect with education and their community 🤝

Introducing Echo - a striking art installation that brings Central Pier's footprint back to life across Victoria Harbour.

Made up of 147 illuminated marine buoys arranged in a precise grid, Echo creates a moving visual “echo” of Central Pier.

By day, it reveals the scale and geometry of the former pier. By night, it transforms into a mesmerising field of light - inviting people to pause, connect and reflect on Docklands’ evolving story.

Echo was designed by LookEar and Mono Design and delivered in partnership with Heritage Victoria, Parks Victoria and the City of Melbourne.

Bundha Sports Centre is officially up and running!

This new home for sport in Melbourne’s inner north is buzzing with activity.

Constructed by @built_environs and designed by @co_opstudio, Australia’s first publicly accessible vertical sports centre is a key part of the Fitzroy Gasworks precinct.

We’re investing in sport, jobs and community in the Latrobe Valley 🤝

Works at Morwell Gun Club are now complete - bringing safer and more accessible facilities to local users.

The rammed-earth facade of the new 12 Apostles Visitor Experience Centre has been installed!

In a nod to the famous coastline, the walls were built layer-by-layer from 1,500 tonnes of rock.

Created by regional Victorian company @earth_structures_group, the exterior ties into the natural landscape - celebrating Victoria's most visited natural destination 📸

Construction continues, and the new visitor centre will soon greet millions of tourists each year.

Bendigo Stadium just got a whole lot brighter

Upgraded lighting is now complete across 12 outdoor netball courts at Bendigo Stadium, ready to support the upcoming Central Victorian Netball Association season.

The new lighting improves playing conditions and allows for more evening training and competition.

More upgrades are continuing on site, with works due for completion in late 2026.
