Very few ever knew me.

The truth—known by a few OGs and by me—was simple:
the clothing came after something else.

Before fabric, there was an expression.
Before a brand, a question.
Before anything visible, a truth I couldn’t shake.

Fall 2014. Vermont.
A pause I couldn’t outrun.
Journal open. Colors blazing outside.

Everything poured out—
the disguises, the releases, the reveals.
A Life 2.0 letter to myself.

It rhymed only so I’d remember it when I forgot.
I called it floetry.
I called it my Humanifesto.
I shared it with no one.

Not because it wasn’t true.
Because it was.

I lived it. Memorized it. Returned to it when I failed.
Which was often.

In 2015, I finally shared it with one person.
Then a stranger, later, who said something that dismantled my fear:
If you’re not sharing your gifts, you’re being selfish.

That cracked me open.

Nine months of not knowing followed.
Then January 1, 2016.
Sunrise. Beach. Rain breaking into a rainbow.
A simple inner knowing: there was no turning back.

What lived in me didn’t want to be good.
It wanted to be free.
It wanted to be shared.

One Golden Thread didn’t start as clothing.
It started as an expression—
a belief that the gold inside each of us is what connects us.

When I first tied threads on wrists, I realized:
this was never about me.

It was always about we.

Today, ten years later, I’m hiding behind nothing.
No buffer. No performance.

Just this.

Happy birthday mom 💛 once again the world celebrates you 🎇 on December 31

this was the year that I went deep in the depth of my core to express out loud that I miss my mother dearly.I always say she is with me, and she is. Its been almost 6 years. Yet I finally allowed myself my truth that I miss her laugh, I miss her punny ways, her gentle touch, and all the way back in the day I miss witnessing her create art.

her art was iconic. It evoked, and it provoked . It absolutely informed my heart. That even in times of strife and trouble, lean into our nature, it's always there. and we get to become once again whole with ourself.

thank you mom, and for all, this 2026 year of the horse where it's all about stride and movement and flow. It's also about intuition and being fully in touch with our senses. Let's follow my mother's drop of gold she wrote decades ago in her journal: "be honest, be gentle, and be kind, and then you can love everyone."

and yes, once again, I am reminded: loving every one by one, starts with loving ourselves first.

I know this to be my truth:

Healing requires going upstream in the system into the vibrational field itself.

This is where science meets spirit, and physiology meets frequency.
