Thank you @toydistrictalchemy for hosting me this coming wednesday to give a lecture in his Painting course at @yalepainting. Quickly I admired the work of Professor Benitez and their dedication the world of art and beyond. So many great conversations on breaks at UCLA, Gardena, all the way to late nights at Canal street/Laffayete keeping everyone they encounter inspired, now including his students at Yale.
Among many things concerning painting, the downtown scene/life, I’m also excited in this lecture to introduce the students the art, practices and performances of the legendary @karewith, @bodyconfidence , @the_dancr_next_door , @moondog_34 , @jinmateokim and @theophilusgaffney . All of the whom I look up to so much and was incredibly lucky to be able to collaborate with them last year in nyc while learning so much in the process.
I also will be giving a demo after, detailing some my coveted secret techniques :)
Currently the seats are at maximum occupancy , DM me, it will be uploaded to youtube and ig soon afterwards.
