Around 40 million Apple customers in the UK who have used iCloud services on or after 8 November 2018 could be entitled to up to £70 in compensation if the claim is successful.

And we have good news. We’ve been certified to take forward the claim against the multi-trillion dollar tech giant.

Being certified means the court has agreed that Which? is a suitable organisation to represent UK consumers on a collective basis - and we’re proud to do so.

No company should be able to abuse its market position and we believe Apple ripped off their customers with inflated iCloud subscription fees, and we plan to hold it to account.

This is one step closer to seeking compensation for iCloud customers.

Maxi Cosi is recalling the FamilyFix Slide Pro Isofix car seat base because the indicator on the base that confirms the seat is fitted correctly may not work.

As a result, the parent or carer may think the car seat is safely fitted when it is not, and should they then be in a vehicle collision or accident, there's a risk that the seat could detach and potentially injure your baby or other passengers in the car.

Anyone with this car seat base can use the Maxi Cosi online tool to check if their model is affected, and if so, they should stop using it immediately and wait for a new one to be sent from Maxi Cosi.
