Dan DiSalvio’s baseball memory borders on supernatural. He can (and did!) tell you about his favorite Yankees moment from 2006—play by play, name by name, pitch by pitch—as if the final out happened yesterday. His Yankee Stadium illustration by @natchieart, framed in Ballpark, is as vivid as his own memories—complete with the crowd, the anticipation, and of course, the hot dog cart 🌭
Few fans cheer harder for their team than our customer, Ceci Lopez, does for her beloved San Antonio Spurs. Framed in Court is her 2007 Sports Illustrated cover featuring the Spurs superstars after their sweep of the Cleveland Cavaliers to take home the championship. Could history be on it’s way to repeating itself? 👀 Only time will tell!

Every framed piece tells a story. For PaperCity editor Melissa Smrekar, that story began with a collection of mid-century portraits of women, gathered over the past few years at secondhand shops. At our Dallas store, she reframed and modernized the portraits ahead of their show, “Lost Ladies,” at J. Williams Fine Art. Each “Lost Lady” was also given a freshly imagined backstory—a new legacy that could be taken into their next life in a place of pride on the wall.
The gallery show was a culmination of years of deliberate collection and curation, and became a great reminder that there is so much incredible artwork out there just waiting to be found and framed!

The Maker’s Edit: Sketches, watercolors, & paintings 🎨 This one’s for the sketches that turned out better than expected, the watercolors you couldn’t quite part with, and the paintings still drying on your desk. Consider this your gentle nudge: frame it!

No one turns a passion for sports into incredible art quite like @robertclarkphoto . We framed some of Robert’s most iconic sports snaps in our new frames—Pitch, Court, and Ballpark—and met up with the photographer to talk about his experience working alongside author Buzz Bissinger in 1988. Their work together would ultimately culminate in the book “Friday Night Lights” and before you ask—yes, *that* Friday Night Lights. The book inspired the film, and later the tv show, but it all began with a click of Robert’s shutter, and a flick of Buzz’s pen.
Feeling inspired? Frame all of the sports moments and memories that bring out your inner fanatic at the link in our bio.
“This piece really feels like a collaboration between my grandmother and I” 💛 Come along with our design consultant, @tayloreppsart, as she unboxes her latest framed masterpiece: an oil painting of herself as a child, inspired by a photo her grandmother took of her several years ago. The framed piece is a beautiful meeting of Taylor’s past and present self, and now lives on the walls where she can look at it daily and ground herself in the ever-present connection to her grandmother.
