Today is #MenstrualHygieneDay.🩸 As we work together towards a #PeriodFriendlyWorld, CARE took to the streets in Downtown Atlanta to ask men to test their knowledge on periods. How much do you know? Check the answers below.
❓ Question: How often should a tampon or pad be changed?
✅ Answer: Every 4–8 hours for tampons, every 4-6 hours for pads. Sooner if flow is heavier.
❓ Question: Name 3 period symptoms.
✅ Answer: Cramps, bloating, headaches, fatigue, breast tenderness, mood changes, back pain, nausea, acne, and food cravings are all common symptoms.
