It's been almost a year of Encode Hub so I wanted, with the benefit of some hindsight, to chroncile some of the lessons learnt and hilarious challenges encountered.

Aim is to publish a series of chapters on various aspects of setting up, launching and running Encode Hub in year 1!

We want to be London's builder space for co-working, community and events.
