Most of you don't know, but before Loopdeville, there was another name I used, today someone approached me and asked me if this was me and so many memories kicked in. This EP was produced probably using sound from an old casette player plugged into an old PC, no sound card, just a boy with a lot of desire to express himself and friends that supported him. Nathan Coles was one of my first idols in this genre of music along w Terry Francis, Evil Eddie Richards, Mazi a.k.a Audiosoul Project, Hipp-E and Halo etc. When he agreed to release this, I remember he was so nice, used so many kind words to give me faith in what I do, one of the first people to ever release my music, one of the first label owners to invite me to meet the gang at a gathering in London, may he rest in piece, gem of a man, who a whole generation in my hometown remembers fondly ❤️ Here we are nearly 20 years later, still doing what I love... Heres to more years ✋️🍷

Deyan Zlatinov, aka @loopdeville, has spent the last 15 years developing his sound – from Comics Club and Weekend Club in his hometown of Varna, Bulgaria, to venues in London, and now in Spain, where he is currently based. Releases on labels such as BodyParts, Delooped, SkipAudio, Modeight, FoxonWax, and Karton, among others, have given him the opportunity to travel across Europe and showcase his love for electronic music, DJing at various venues, including the legendary CDV in Berlin. We’re excited to welcome him to the series and to hear a different side of his sound – mellow, moody, and made for that rainy ambient experience.
