“Rest Your Wound On Mine” is a new album by Never Sol and it will be released on 24th of April 2026 on the label Stoned to Death. The album, which was in preparation for several years, captures her journey as an artist with the destination in mind to forget her old methods of songwriting and inject it with a rather abstract form. The key element for Never Sol was finding her grounding in specific synths and modular devices in which she re-discovered her ideal sound for self-expression and the results are seven atmosphere ridden, intense and heartfelt compositions. The new album was composed and recorded at several artist residencies such Gray Nivas in upstate New York, Atrium Žižkov in Prague, and as well in her own diy studio located at the Laichter House in Prague, which was formally a book publishing warehouse. The final elements of the album captured the character of the Laichter House itself, specifically the room's echo can be heard all over the album as a psychogeographic memorandum.

“Accord” is the first single of the album. It will be out on 27th of February accompanied with a video by Anežka Horová. The basic elements of “Accord” have been for a long time incorporated in Never Sol's live sets, but the composition finally materialized in this form during her artist residency at Gray Nivas in Accord, NY where Never Sol recorded the piece in the loneliness found in the deep forest surroundings. On “Accord” Never Sol captures the unearthly vibe of full detachment from the world and materialism, which is the mood that permeates the whole album.

Oznamujeme: Never Sol po necelých deseti letech vydává nové album, které v květnu pokřtí ve smíchovské továrně. ☽

Rest Your Wound On Mine je výsledkem postupného uvolňování forem a struktur směrem k abstrakci, kterou přinesla improvizace při živém hraní na modulární syntezátory.

Silně zprocesované vokály s výrazným zkreslením doprovází gradující atmosférické plochy. Ty v jednotlivých skladbách nastupují s intenzitou přetavenou do monumentálního zvuku alba, který definuje syrovost a inspirace v přírodních procesech.

Never Sol své nové album, které vychází u labelu Stoned to Death, pokřtí v pátek 29. května v MeetFactory. More info TBA.

Jest nam niezmiernie miło poinformować, że w @klubzak zagościły trzy rezydentki, które przybyły do nas prosto z Pragi: @klara_esner, @stepana_nm z grupy @ravv.dance wraz z wyjątkową muzyczką @never_sol.

Artystki będą z nami do 3.06. Podczas pobytu przygotują warsztaty tańca współczesnego „Physical body eXposure” 19.05. Jeśli się jeszcze nie zapisaliście, to jest to ostatni moment.

Dodatkowo stworzą specjalny występ, o którym więcej opowiemy niebawem. Wypatrujcie informacji!

Cieszymy się, że jesteście z nami i życzymy Wam miłego pobytu nad morzem!

Rezydencja jest wynikiem współpracy z Funduszem Wyszechradzkim, promującym współpracę międzynarodowe.

🇬🇧 We are thrilled to announce that @klubzak is hosting three resident artists who have come to us straight from Prague: @klara_esner, @stepana_nm from the @ravv.dance group, along with the exceptional musician @never_sol.

The artists will be with us until June 3. During their stay, they will lead a contemporary dance workshop titled “Physical body eXposure” on May 19, for which you can still sign up.

Additionally, they will create a special performance, details of which we will share soon.

We’re glad you’re here with us and wish you a pleasant stay by the sea!

The residency is the result of a collaboration with the Visegrad Fund, which promotes international cooperation.
