Construction is underway on Anderson Road for Harvest Townhouses - a 30-townhouse project with rooftop terraces overlooking heritage gardens and definitely one to keep an eye on 👀🏡

We’re excited to be adding another project to Sunshine, the CBD of the west, as the suburb continues to grow and evolve. With @brimbankcouncil Sunshine Priority Precinct Vision 2050 setting a big-picture direction for the area, it’s an exciting time to see new housing projects like this moving into delivery.

A completed feature at @lumaliving.vic , Sunshine, this concrete sound wall stands more than two storeys high and brings together function and design in a big way. 🍂

Built to shield the development from traffic noise, the integrated wall also features a leaf-inspired design that ties in with the surrounding environment - turning a practical solution into something colourful, creative and connected to place.

With a future community park planned in front of it, it will become part of a space designed for both amenity and community.
