🚨The Trump authoritarian regime has deployed ICE agents to over a dozen airports around the country.🚨

The reason? To respond to the chaos the regime itself has caused with the government shutdown and its refusal to fund TSA, a public service that taxpayer money should directly go toward.
It’s simple: ICE has no place in our airports. There’s no amount of training or body cameras that can keep us safe from the machinery of death.

ICE is an unaccountable paramilitary force designed to terrorize Black and brown communities that has already killed multiple American citizens. The culture of ICE is fundamentally broken—and we know that department abuses will continue now that Trump ally and controversial Senator Markwayne Mullin has been confirmed to replace Kristi Noem as DHS Secretary.

We need to take action. Tell your representatives to get ICE out of our airports and fund TSA! ➡️ 🔗

The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act would block millions from exercising their right to vote – especially Black and Brown voters. It’s about blatant voter suppression, not “protecting election integrity.”

The SAVE Act will impose unnecessary and harmful barriers by:
–Requiring voters to physically bring documentary proof of citizenship– like a passport or birth certificate–to register to vote or update their registration status.
–Ignoring the fact that non-citizen voting is already illegal and extremely rare.
–Shifting the burden of proof onto everyday voters rather than on government systems.
–Cutting out accessible registration methods like online and mail registration.

Many do not readily have access to these required documents, essentially shutting them out of the voting process. With the crucial 2026 midterms approaching, this is a moment for action.

This isn’t a hypothetical fight. The choice lawmakers make here will determine whether millions of voters can participate in elections without unnecessary obstacles.

Call your senator TODAY and urge them to VOTE NO on the SAVE Act! Visit our link in bio to get engaged. #UntilJusticeIsReal

Keith Porter's life was stolen when he became the first reported account of an immigration officer killing a U.S. citizen under President Donald Trump on December 31, 2025, but his name is being suppressed.

Keith was a son, a dedicated father, from Southern California, who did not deserve to die at the hands of ICE. Keith should still be alive, and we need to be uplifting his name.

In support of the organizing efforts in Los Angeles, led by Melina Abdullah, co-founder of Black Lives Matter Los Angeles, and Keith Porter's cousin Jsané Tyler, Color Of Change encourages you and your network to sign the petition calling for Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell to name and arrest the ICE agent who killed #KeithPorter.

Additionally, consider donating to the official GoFundMe, started by Keith’s family in support of the two daughters he leaves behind.

Lastly, please continue to contact Congress and demand that they dismantle ICE.

The fight for Keith Porter is a fight to protect the sanctity of Black life. It is a fight against white-supremacist terrorism and fascism. It is a fight to hold ICE, police, and government accountable, and we won’t stop #UntilJusticeIsReal.

While the medium changed, the racism remains the same.

Blackface began as a way for white performers to mock and dehumanize Black people. Theater, movies, and products that used crude stereotypes of Black people became popular, cementing racist ideas in mainstream culture.

Today, blackface has migrated online, shaping culture and beliefs with AI tools scaling what used to be staged. It's now easier than ever. Spreading across social media because platforms profit from it. More clicks. More shares. More profit.

@repjayapal understands the threat that unregulated technology poses to communities of color. She knows that Black communities deserve AI, technology, and algorithms that serve everyone, and don't reinforce bias and discrimination. That is why we are proud to have met with her during our #COCLobbyDay26 on Capitol Hill.

Jayapal has cosponsored legislation that would bar companies from using biased and discriminatory AI-powered algorithms to make critical decisions impacting Black and Brown Americans. Jayapal is the kind of elected official we need to help fight back against the use of technology to mislead and disenfranchise Black voters, an unprecedented and vile tactic the Trump administration has used to grasp on to political power.

Thank you for meeting with us, Rep. Jayapal. We look forward to merging into a strong and powerful partnership.

Black folks are bearing the burden of Trump’s affordability crisis & reckless economic policy.

Folks like Theresa, whose job in a MA-07 hospital was eliminated by Trump’s funding cuts.

We must fight to make the economy work for Black communities—and in doing so, for everyone.

The day has finally arrived – it’s #COCLobbyDay2026!

We’re excited to be here at Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., in community with our members and supporters. Together, we’re ensuring that our political leaders and elected officials hearfrom us about some of the pressing issues impacting Black communities and families the most:
– Harmful and discriminatory technology and algorithms
– The censorship of Black history
– Attacks on our museums and cultural institutions

We’re ready to do the work, engage with lawmakers, and fight back – until justice is real!

Hear from @neatoday President Becky Pringle: The right to learn is the most fundamental civil right we have. But self-serving politicians and their billionaire backers are working to gut it, diverting $30-50 billion from our public schools, where 90% of our students learn, to fund private institutions with little accountability and zero oversight.

That's not choice. That's theft.

Every expansion of American freedom has run through Black rights.
Every attack on Black freedom has eventually spread to everyone else.

Color Of Change’s President Nadine Smith breaks down why attacks on Black freedom are not side battles but rather leading indicators of the health and future of our democracy. And most people don’t see it coming until it’s already here. Link in bio.

On Saturday, our communities returned to the original battlegrounds where our ancestors fought for the right to vote, places now facing renewed and escalating attacks.

The 1965 march from Selma to Montgomery helped secure passage of the Voting Rights Act, the landmark legislation that removed discriminatory barriers and finally enforced Black Americans' constitutional right to vote, and that right-wing extremists have been working to dismantle ever since.

We are proud to stand with Black Voters Matter and our coalition partners at the Fight Back Table in mobilizing in Alabama and beyond to challenge these discriminatory maps. People came from across the country because they know an attack on Black voters is an attack on freedom for all Americans.
