We pulled off As Possible!?! At times it felt impossible, but we did it. 200+ people came to experience the culmination of a two-year solo dressing performance at Freshkills Park. Camilla wore 80 pounds of clothing, and, over the course of 45 minutes,12 beautiful performers dressed in their “As Little As Possible” to carry away the garments.

This open-level qi gong class will delve into the foundational techniques of this somatic practice as well as philosophical details of five element theory as an offering to integrate into your personal philosophy of movement and the body. We will look towards and work with the connection between the seasons, body systems, senses, nature, our imaginations, and more as ways to locate ourselves and begin to tap into the interconnectivity between the self and the universe. A morning practice to meet the day as a whole body.

What to expect:
- Working with the breath
- Being still
- Moving in and out of the floor (class can go from standing to lying down)
- Being in contemplation/reflection while in a physical state/stance/form
- Endurance practice
- Moving between experiential and technical practicing
- Self-motivated (this class is open-level so knowing when you need to slow something down, go longer, rest, etc. and not looking for permission to tend to the self)
- The unknown as a guide.
