The Point began long before the finishes, furniture, or final layers.⁠

This walkthrough captures the later stages of construction as the home began to take shape in Deep Cove. Designed as a cabin-inspired, spa-like retreat for a family of four and their three dogs, every decision was guided by durability, warmth, and everyday livability.⁠
⁠
One of the only original elements retained was the fireplace - a grounding feature that became a quiet anchor for the entire design direction.⁠

Concrete pour days are always full on. Multiple crews to coordinate and lots of moving parts especially when you require a barge to get concrete to the property. This one almost got cancelled after the initial barge broke down the morning of. Thankful to the team @realhdconcrete for managing to get another barge at the last minute. 👊🏻
