In partnership with @_bbcnow - musicians @adjuasings_ , @bethan_mai, Dean Yhnell & @sara_lyneve developed brand new works for orchestral musicians; expanding their creative practices through composition and collaboration with BBC NOW musicians.
Here are a few highlights from our final day together at @tycerdd’s studio, where everyone gathered to record their new compositions. It was special to hear everybody’s work come to life.

BBC NOW returns to the St Davids Cathedral Festival at 7PM on Saturday 23 May. 🎶
Conductor Martyn Brabbins leads the orchestra in Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s Ballade in A minor, with acclaimed French cellist Ivan Karizna performing Huw Watkins’ Cello Concerto. The evening concludes with #Beethoven’s iconic Eroica Symphony.
One of the highlights of the festival each year, this promises to be another unforgettable evening in the stunning surroundings of St Davids Cathedral.
