Final session, let’s go! 💫
We’ve reached the last session of our Cycling made Simple series, and we’re ending strong. It’s all about getting to know your bike a little better, so you feel confident handling whatever comes your way.
We’ll show you how to fix a flat tire and spot wear early on the parts that need replacing the most (tires, brake pads and chain) to avoid those annoying on the road mechanicals. Then we head out for a ride together.
We’re excited for this one, and yes, a little sad it’s the final session with you all.
After the ride, we celebrate properly with 🍕 and South African wine.

April 18, save the date!
We are beyond excited to launch our CIOVITA Amsterdam x Cape Town limited edition jersey, a piece that brings together two cultures, two cycling scenes, and one shared love for the ride.
The plan:
💙 Ride +/- 55 km, with different pace groups.

Saturday we hosted the second session of our Cycling made Simple series, focused on riding confidently in a group. Together we practiced clear signalling, efficient drafting, smooth riding, and taking corners like a pro!
Seeing everyone show up with such a strong willingness to learn and grow on the bike was incredible. The focus, curiosity, and openness to trying new skills made the session really special. Some people even rented a bike just to be there, which says so much about the dedication within this community.
