Cross country season is here!! And that means, multiple races in one day. 🏃🏾‍♀️🫪

Yesterday I ran the 10km in League 1 at 13h15 followed by the 4km at 15h45 (approx 1.75 hrs between those race). Despite the in between sweat mess, I didn’t suffer any chafe. (I was lathered in ass magic 🪄🤞🏽🙂‍↔️)

Safe to say it was a success as I finished 🥇 lady and 🥈 lady in my respective races.

Catch you at the peace run 10km this Saturday. Same anti chafe but a faster 10km 💨

What a day out on the mountain. The support and energy the whole day was honestly unreal, and being part of an event like this for such a good cause always makes it special. Huge respect to everyone who took part and a massive thank you to everyone who donated and supported along the way 🙌

Definitely not my best day out, and obviously with the circumstances and injuries, it hasn’t been my best training block either, but I still had a lot of fun out there. 👏🏼

Already looking forward to coming back next year stronger and better prepared 🫶🏼
