This was the night everything came together and I felt complete. This was the reason I started doing all this and moved to Berlin almost 5 years ago. To express myself musically and visually with no boundaries in any dimension. All live generated and performed by me, true to the essence.

To be the part of the creation of this system and then perform under it at my second home is an experience I am forever grateful for, thanks to @ledpulse @organysmo @monopolberlin and many many more for that.

There's a lot to learn in terms of POPs, render passes, T3D (@josefpelz) , POPX (@_mini_uv) + MediaPipe (@blankensmithing) and post effects (motion blur by @matterform.xyz and depth of field by @ovvo.studio) for achieving a polished look, so I'm excited to share more!

Also @bitwig to resynthesize rice samples was a very fun part of the process!

Looksmaxxing hot and steamy rice 🍚 - from seedling to cooked using @touchdesigner POPs!

My goal was to achieve a good degree of realism, which required multiple render pass compositions and some material blending tricks (hard to see on IG but they are more shiny when cooked!). Each grain is generated unique and blend between different forms as per @polyhop
tutorial!

Motion blur from @matterform.xyz is a must have for all, as well as the old but gold depth of field component by @ovvo.studio. As an extra flair we have subtle steam thanks to T3D of @josefpelz, and my POPs particle based steamy glass window look with droplets running down 💧
