Are matinees the new self-care? Or is @ethancavanaghaha the only comedian / art-goer who likes some early shut-eye?
The full episode is here and we kick things off with comedian Ethan Cavanagh who was “diagnosed” as a stand-up at the ripe old age of 15 and has been managing the symptoms ever since.
Tune in as Ethan shares the highs, the hard lessons, and the occasional spectacular bomb on stage. From early missteps to unpacking the myth that funny people are always fine, Ethan offers a candid look at life, laughter and mental health in the spotlight.
😜 More hehe and haha at the link in bio.

Visual artists face some of the highest levels of financial instability across the creative industries. These stressors are systemic, not personal failures.
With @nava_visualarts, we delivered a REWIRE session for 150 artists, makers and art workers and the verdict has long been in…
Creative work can tangle identity and output. Pressure and uncertainty sit close to the surface. And hearing others name the same experiences can shift something, even slightly.
That moment of recognition still feels like the most important part.

You’ll get access to free mental health and wellbeing workshops, training and resources.
