This last Monday Restore was one for the books. We began by dropping deep with @chelsea_maliakai guiding us through a dreamy Yoga Nidra, her voice like a river carrying us into stillness. The air softened, minds quieted, and we all slipped into that sweet liminal space between wake and sleep.

Then came a first for me, my debut DJ set. I was fully immersed, laying down a journey of sound while @benjoywalker jumped on the second channel, layering grooves that kept the energy rising. It felt like magic. And just when we thought the moment couldn’t get better, the sky lit up, an epic Bend sunset washed us in gold and lavender.

We celebrated @larissa_sunshine birthday with love and laughter, cycling between the cedar soaking tub, sauna, and those bracing cold plunges that spark every cell alive. The vibes were high, the community tight, and the night unforgettable.

This Monday, time seemed to stretch and soften. Wyetta opened the space with the sarod, each note like a ripple in still water, pulling us inward. For 40 minutes, we drifted, somewhere between here and nowhere, held in the resonance of sound that felt older than memory.

Then, like waking from a beautiful dream, we rose. Alice and Nick carried us forward with two live sets of house music that moved not just our bodies but something deeper. We danced not to go anywhere but because it felt good to move, to be moved.

The evening settled into warmth and contrast. Sauna, cedar tub, cold plunge. In and out, hot and cold, expansion and contraction. We returned to our edges and softened them, again and again.

Spring Equinox Groove & Plunge

There are all sorts of ways to celebrate the beginning of spring. For us, it means gathering on a crisp 42°F windy and slightly misty day to dance our hearts out to some thumping electronic beats. No sunshine required, no booze necessary, we thrive on the natural highs of movement, connection, and the pure joy of being alive.

And because no Groove is complete without a Plunge, we wrapped it all up by diving into a brisk 34°F river for a solid three minutes, just long enough to feel fully alive, reset, and ready to embrace the season ahead.

St. Patrick’s Day Monday Restore

What an incredible St. Patrick’s Day edition of Monday Restore! Huge gratitude to everyone who joined us for an evening of breath, movement, and deep connection.

A massive thank you to @skirmantebruzaite for guiding us through such a beautiful and powerful sound bath — your energy created the perfect space for grounding and rejuvenation. And shoutout to our amazing DJs, @devandidathing and @mel__bellz , for dropping the beats and bringing the vibes! Your music had us dancing, smiling, and celebrating in true Monday Restore style.

This wasn’t just any celebration — it was an alcohol-free, conscious gathering, and wow, does it feel amazing to connect, move, and celebrate in full presence. St. Patrick’s Day without the booze, yet with so much energy, joy, and pure fun — what a powerful reminder that sobriety can be vibrant and deeply fulfilling.

Of course, no Monday Restore would be complete without our signature wellness experiences. The sauna, cold plunge, and cedar soaking tub brought the perfect balance of fire and ice, leaving us all feeling refreshed, recharged, and fully alive.

Monday Restore: This past Monday was nothing short of electric—a night where we reminded ourselves just how high we can get on breath, music, and the love we share for ourselves, our friends, and our community. I had the honor of leading breathwork while Devan curated a soundscape that carried us deeper into the experience. As we breathed together, we traveled—into the depths of our own inner worlds and out into the vastness of space, floating on the rhythm of our breath. The energy was pure, expansive, and alive, reminding us that everything we need is already within us.

After breathwork, the night unfolded in the best way possible. Silent disco dancing brought us into full-body presence, the kind of movement that makes you forget anything exists outside of the beat. We soaked in the cedar tub, let the sauna melt us down, and shocked ourselves awake with the cold plunge. The contrast, the cycles, the surrender—it all reminded us how deeply alive we are.

A huge thank you to Bruno for coming out to capture the magic of the evening through his lens. Having these moments documented allows us to relive the energy, the movement, and the connection we shared long after the night is over.

This is our ritual, our reset. A space where we come back to ourselves and to each other, lifted by breath, rhythm, and the love we hold—for ourselves, for our friends, and for our community. Until next time. @nvr.n0t
