A refreshing, savory salad perfect for the warmer days ahead. Let’s break it down:
- arugula & cabbage
- chilled soba noodles
- spicy pickled shimeji mushrooms
- roasted golden beets
- snow peas & cucumbers
- tamari ginger dressing
- blackened chicken OR substitute it for the NEW: Tamari Salmon🐟 (as seen in the video).

Grilled and chilled in-house, from scratch every day. Tamari Salmon is available to add onto any DYO or substitute it as a protein on a chef-crafted salad.

The Peachy and Elote are finally back on the menu. The ultimate salads of summer featuring fresh corn shucked, grilled in-house every day for flavor at it’s finest.

We’re back on the court for the @valkyries second season.

Fuel your hustle with the Valkyries 2.0 salad, featuring blackened chicken, radicchio, watermelon, feta, kalamata olives, pickled red onions, cucumbers, preserved lemon mint vinaigrette, and topped with walnut dukkah.

Then cool down with our new Valkyries celery cucumber green apple agua fresca. Naturally colored with butterfly pea powder from Asian pigeonwing flowers.

🍜Soba—A savory blend of cold soba noodles with arugula, spicy pickled shimeji mushrooms, and finished with tamari ginger dressing.

🐟Catch of the day— Tamari Salmon is here. Add it to your next DYO or substitute out the protein in a chef-crafted salad. We recommend adding it to the Soba for the ultimate umami salad.
