This year I had the great honor of singing an original song written by my dear mentor and collaborator, two-time Oscar, Grammy, BAFTA winning composer, India’s 🇮🇳 national treasure and legend @arrahman, for the film “Ufff Ye Siyapaa” becoming the first Mongolian-American 🇲🇳🇺🇸 artist to sing in Hindi for a Bollywood movie. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have my voice heard in over 72 countries on Spotify. Please go stream the song if you haven’t heard it yet ❤️🦋

Fun fact: Star Wars Queen Amidala’s outfits were inspired by traditional Mongolian daily fashion of women. In the photos, I’m wearing a Mongolian antique crown and dress.
Below is my interpretation of the poetry into English. The song/poem “Perfect Qualities” was written by a highly enlightened yogi Danzanravjaa a long, long time ago. Its hidden meaning was about how one’s five senses unite when one reaches full enlightenment. His poem was divided into 5 parts and on the surface it sounded like he was praising the beauty of his beloved woman or lover, much like Rumi. My version of the song only utilized a couple of verses because of radio length requirements:

Like a pure and glistening mirror of perfection
One cannot look away from your magnificent face, my love
And truly you have captured my mind and soul
Like the taste of honey flowing from the heart of the lotus
The joy that you exude my beloved, makes me ever happy
I’m beaming with pride and happiness, beyond human belief

Let us be content together

Here, we are singing for the aspiring contestants who had made it to the last round to become our trainees. Song name is “Lunar Melody”, a famous Russian love song with beautiful lyrics. 🌕✨🤍
