Incredibly thrilled LESBIAN LINES, an intimate portrait of a network of underground telephone helplines established by a brave community of pioneering Irish lesbians in 1979 — I had the privilege of scoring (with some additional music by @ruthbateofficial ) in collaboration with the incredible @cara_holmes_editor_director has been selected to World Premiere in the international competition at @sheffdocfest ❤️
Special thanks to Cara, producer @evn_hrn @keeperpictures & team for trusting me to score this stunning love letter to the LL collective. Scoring in collaboration with Cara took me on a real journey spanning all genres of the musical landscape to tell the stories of these brave & pioneering women, weaving collective memories into a moving and joyful new archive.
