Introducing our Executive Chef, Julien Pickersgill.
Coming from the two-Michelin-starred restaurant The Modern in New York City, Julien brought a style and approach that immediately aligned with the vision for Opus 11. Today, he leads the culinary direction of the company and is the driving force behind every menu we create.
Julien joined us just over four years ago and has since worked closely with our creative team and in house chef team to shape the dishes and overall aesthetic of Opus 11.
Building a distinct style takes time - especially in London’s fast-moving hospitality world. Every menu, detail and service moment has been refined over years of collaboration, development and creativity.
