It celebrates and commiserates the life of the allotment me LP, @zacbarfoot and @hello.mr.ben had in Pitsmoor for the best part of 5 years. Our time came to an end on this one but it’s not without having some really lovely times.

Compostable single out today called ‘Memory Shed’ off a brand new 9 track HIGH CONCEPT/LOW EXECUTION album called ‘Modern Gardening’ coming out September 5th on @bingorecs.
This track features my best attempt at playing piano like Elton John, some grunge crunch guitar shredding with the help of @davidcglover from @studio.tecna, some exceptional vox and bass lines to elevate the monotone from Lauren and some poppin drum breaks and mastering from @zacbarfoot.
This is a project I started ages ago… then shelved. Then got served eviction notice from the allotment folks (due to lack of cultivation). We started the plot as a four and I just couldn’t take the heat anymore !
So because it is no more I thought what better way to commemorate good times than by finishing some art project that ran parallel to the plot antics.
Memories of building a pub with @hello.mr.ben out of pallettes and Zac’s eco bricks , lots of late night bbq and fire pit sessions with the women from the block of flats telling us to “Shut the F**k up”, the main location for infamous internet lockdown show Beans on Toast TV, Peggy Sue’s play days, Lauren’s Giant Squash, and just being able to noodle about trying and failing at living off the land. One day I’ll get back to it - but until then…

They asked me to make some pie flavoured music for it and so I sat in my beat lab/oven and baked up some insanity using some 3D printed whistles I couldn’t play, some pots and pans and a few samples of a bloke being possessed by a tasty filling.
