After sharing different and layered audio stories on fear and lust in the first two chapters, my deary cu(n)tymonstrous babez @akiskaaa and @s.3ba___ invite me to their show on this Thursday, March 19 @netilradio . Istanbul Pride has been banned since 2015

Istanbul's Governor, Davut Gül, states, "These calls, which undermine social peace, family structure, and moral values, are prohibited."

Despite this, organisers continue to run the Istanbul Pride March and relevant events

This has seen mass arrests and detainments at Istanbul's Pride March. Including mass detainment by officers in civilian clothes in unmarked vans

With recent laws and legislation pushing for further erosion of LGBT+ rights in Turkey, the fight for queer representation and visibility continues
