We're bring out two heavy hitters this time around, Antron from NYC and IT-XPO, who moved back to Chicago from NYC just to play this party. A New York native rooted in the American techno spirit, Antron builds sets and productions around emotion, intensity, and flow. He is the organizer behind the event series and label Terroir Recordings focusing on personality-driven electronic music.
As a vinyl DJ his dance sets feature cerebral techno & house mixed at a fast pace while his ambient selections have made him a regular at deep listening spaces across NYC. He has played at Bossa, Light Sound Design, Silence Please, The Lot Radio, Dover Street Market, and 8 Ball Radio, where he has hosted his show Basal Rate since 2022.
He has delivered cult mixes for outlets ranging from modern midwest label Fixed Rhythms to the Plovistan collective in Central Asia, while his productions have seen support from Kush Jones, Rose Kourts, and DVS1.

I was nervous about a rainy forecast leading up to the event. We prepared, persevered and the @uva.testing crew truly carried in setting up the system under drizzle & rain. The passion for sound overcometh!

As I laid down the first record rain was calming down and by the time @_djlinda was on we had put the tent away to welcome clear skies and a soundsystem growing in real time. Cherry blossoms bloomimg as I was once again reminded why I love jungle music

The time felt alive & this wouldn’t be the memory it is without all the homies, passerbys, & families finding their way to the sound. Shout out y’all fr 🫶
