it was 8am on a saturday. two incredible photographers, straight from delhi, staying at mine, decided to capture a moment i didn’t realize i needed.

this moved me out of my comfort zone in ways i can't fully explain, really. it’s not just about the images — it’s about seeing a version of myself that feels real: a woman (a woman!!!) stepping into her own, letting go of old habits that made her feel desperate and stupidly stuck, and making less apologetic space for what truly matters. past years have been a lot of everything but mostly painful growth.

Very privileged to realise i’ve been so busy lately that i almost forgot to properly talk about the @highsnobiety x @head_tennis event we hosted in berlin a week and a half ago 😀 and maybe i needed a little distance from it because it meant a lot to me emotionally. for a long time, and still until now in many ways, i’ve existed outside of the traditional framework of tennis while never losing a very strong conviction about where i believe the sport should evolve. less elitism, more culture tied together with community, less intimidation, more emotion, more openness, more people feeling like they belong. and even though that vision sometimes felt misunderstood, too different or simply lost in translation, this event really reminded me that there are actually way more people who see and connect to tennis the same way. and that felt like a little pinch me moment. not because of the logos but because we managed to create an experience where people stepped outside of their intimidation shells and into joy, connection, playfulness and NEWNESS. it feels very meaningful to be trusted to help shape and execute experiences like this and something i could only have dreamed of a few years ago, especially coming from lithuania, moving to berlin, building something from little to nothing and constantly trying to defend a vision that didn’t always make sense to others 😀 but i think this is just the beginning. very grateful to everyone who believed in us, worked with us and showed up with open hearts that night 🐆 we’ll just keep creating xx

your balkan and baltic ladies on the road 🚗 besides getting mistaken for sisters at least three times every trip, it’s pretty special to navigate all of this together 👯‍♀️👾 sisters and also why not padel :)) this time: Hamburg and an invite to an exclusive @officially_omr sports night! in a world full of football, it felt important to bring a glimpse of tennis into the room. it’s powerful to be the ones bringing a different energy and opening minds to the vision we’re building; we’re happy to show up and repeat it again and again! running keeps teaching me that endurance matters in every aspect of life, running is just a very literal translation of it. still a long way to go, but we’re celebrating the milestones along the way x (carrying a racket around in case i forget what i do for a living)

this morning it started with the full mission! come on @genasanger, we’re doing the pb!! and up until like the first 7 kilometers i was looking back at her, giving a thumbs up, thinking, freaking hell, i’m that girl. yeah, it’s clicking, feels just amazing 🦸🏻‍♀️🦸🏻‍♀️🦸🏻‍♀️ and then next thing i know - the vest that i already knew i hate wearing suddenly felt super tight and i just couldn’t breathe properly. and it was just gone. like just this fast, it was gone 🤣🧞‍♀️ that’s a battle i’ll have to face. so i call my brother @_mindlusk while running, saying i hate this, i’m done. and he goes, yeah, do you think i love every single basketball game? i fucking don’t. there are shitty times, but you just finish the game. and i was like okay. that’s it. that’s gonna be my biggest win - throwing away my personal disappointment and adapting! some things change up but you don’t stop!
