World AIDS Day hit different this year. Once again, we showed what community power actually looks like. A night built from love, rage, resistance, and the wild unapologetic queer and trans joy of keeping each other alive. That’s the kind of future we’re trying to build — one where kindness and interdependence sit at the heart of everything.

Endless gratitude to the angels who made this possible: our fam at Group Therapy and Den Anden Siden, and the magic spun by the DJs who kept our bodies moving with purpose — Carlo, Mark, Azad, Freddy, Søren and Modah, Keneth and Mads.

Deep thanks to Kristoff, Jeppe and Sebastian, and to every staff member and volunteer (Martha, Cristina, Fadi, and everybody else) at DAS who worked behind the scenes to make the night both magical and electrifying. You’re the fire behind community-led nightlife.

“Forms of Alectra” - Editorial for @kaltblut_magazine

Alectra Rothschild’s creations reveal the fluid architecture of the body, where gesture, gender, and garment collapse into one another. Alectra Rothschild is one of the most distinctive and uncompromising voices in Scandinavian fashion, a trans designer whose work merges avant-garde construction with a politics of embodiment. Her garments move beyond aesthetics; they propose an entirely new language for dressing the trans and queer body, intimate, architectural, and unapologetically free.

In this series, Alectra’s creations are performed by Proxy, a trans performer exploring the space between vulnerability and power, and Maji Claire, a Black queer dancer known for her sculptural movement and emotional precision. Maji has performed for FKA twigs and Christine and the Queens, bringing that same intensity and presence into this collaboration.

Shot at The Lab in Copenhagen, the series explores the intersection of fashion, performance, and identity. The images are minimal and raw, focusing entirely on body, light, and transformation.
