The team had a brilliant day at the Dunsters Farm event at Bolton Wanderers Football Club.
Yesterday, the Essential Cuisine team headed to the Bolton Wanderers Football Club, Premier Suite at the Toughsheet Community Stadium for the fantastic @dunstersfarm event alongside our friends at Rich Sauces !
On the Rich Sauces stand, Martin was busy showcasing a range of dishes highlighting their sauces, including the much-loved chipotle sauce.
Meanwhile, @andrew_ec7 and @ryan_graham1987 represented Essential Cuisine, meeting chefs, sharing ideas, and showcasing a selection of flavour-packed dishes designed to inspire busy professional kitchens.
On the menu throughout the day:
- Tagine Loaded Couscous
- Bang in the Beans Katsu
- No Waste Brownie (GF & Egg Free)
Visitors also enjoyed live cooking demonstrations and had the opportunity to sample a range of dishes showcasing the versatility and depth of flavour Essential Cuisine products bring to foodservice menus.

Yesterday, the Essential Cuisine team headed to the Bolton Wanderers Football Club, Premier Suite at the Toughsheet Community Stadium for the fantastic @dunstersfarm event alongside our friends at Rich Sauces !
On the Rich Sauces stand, Martin was busy showcasing a range of dishes highlighting their sauces, including the much-loved chipotle sauce.
Meanwhile, @andrew_ec7 and @ryan_graham1987 represented Essential Cuisine, meeting chefs, sharing ideas, and showcasing a selection of flavour-packed dishes designed to inspire busy professional kitchens.
On the menu throughout the day:
- Tagine Loaded Couscous
- Bang in the Beans Katsu
- No Waste Brownie (GF & Egg Free)
Visitors also enjoyed live cooking demonstrations and had the opportunity to sample a range of dishes showcasing the versatility and depth of flavour Essential Cuisine products bring to foodservice menus.

Last week, @essential_andyb reconnected with customers at the annual Assist FM event - a fantastic opportunity to explore the future of facilities management and discover the innovation and great work happening north of the border.
On the menu, we served contemporary street food-inspired tasters featuring Essential Cuisine’s Street Food Chef Thai Style Seasoning (NDA^) and Asian Aromatic Base in a warming chicken ramen noodle dish. Guests also enjoyed a vegan alternative made with crispy smoked @tofoo , coated in our Street Food Chef American BBQ Style Seasoning. Andy also introduced delegates to the @richsaucesig Great Taste Made Simple range, showcasing versatile sauce solutions designed to deliver consistency, quality and convenience in busy catering environments.🍜🔥👨🍳

What a fantastic event this week at RAF Honington with the incredible @weareess 👏
Representing Solina UK&I, @chef.essential, @richsaucesig & @zafronfoods, were proud to support an unforgettable street food-style event attended by around 600 guests from local RAF bases.
From giant hangars and live DJs to monster trucks and an amazing atmosphere, the energy was incredible all day long. @davidjesika absolutely smashed it in the kitchen, serving up Jamaican Style chicken and fries, that quickly became crowd favourites - with guests returning for seconds… and even thirds! 🔥🍗🍟
A huge shoutout to ESS for putting on such a brilliant event and to everyone involved who kept things running from prep through to service. It was a full-on shift, but a hugely rewarding one with fantastic teamwork throughout.
And yes… meeting Shane Lynch may have been a particular highlight for Jess! 😄

What a fantastic event this week at RAF Honington with the incredible @weareess 👏
Representing Solina UK&I, @chef.essential, @richsaucesig & @zafronfoods, were proud to support an unforgettable street food-style event attended by around 600 guests from local RAF bases.
From giant hangars and live DJs to monster trucks and an amazing atmosphere, the energy was incredible all day long. @davidjesika absolutely smashed it in the kitchen, serving up Jamaican Style chicken and fries, that quickly became crowd favourites - with guests returning for seconds… and even thirds! 🔥🍗🍟
