🍀A Thursday Morning, going to the local bakery but let's walk a little different today! I wanted to bring a new engagement and perspective to the walk and morning brekkie. Enjoy the surroundings and be silly, playful, curious and have fun! 🦋

Thank you @mibabakery such treats!
They gave me fuel (and courage)!

Happy Today 🌞 #explore #move #porto #play

Hi!🖌️ Welcome to: 🫟Expanding the Colouring Box🫟

Sip Differently 🫖 See Differently 👀

✨Join us for a two-hour creative gathering where quality tea will be served as we slow down, connect, and explore new ways of seeing the world through art and play.

✏️Through a series of guided drawing exercises, perspective challenges, and creative prompts, we’ll engage with our canvas, ourselves, and our surroundings in unexpected ways. Together, we’ll turn things upside down, inside out, and around again—letting go of judgement, rigid thinking, and preconceived ideas.

🌀This is an invitation to think outside the box, expand how you engage with the world, and reconnect with curiosity, freedom, and imagination.

Expect warmth, laughter, movement, reflection, tea shared in good company, and a supportive space held by Mariana’s grounding energy and Kat’s playful spark.

No art experience needed—just an open mind and willingness to explore.

Come as you are. Leave with a wider lens.

Sign up via Direct Message to @galakatica & @___mnami

Happy Week & See you Saturday for Play! 🫖👀🫟🖌️

This is one of the things I do at home alone.

I listen to my body, allow it to lead me and move through emotions, pain or the simply the day. Sometimes I snake around, sometimes I shake, sometimes I twirl, sometimes I full on have a kitchen dance or floor dance. But that I can acknowledge and share in retrospect. It started off while doing my masters in the Netherlands when I was researching about yoga and having time on my side and nature surrounding me.

Fascinated by somatics, psychosomatics, fascia and the intelligence of the body. Allowing myself to be in the moment, without judgement, allowing me to flow, listening to my body as if reading a book and in full presence. Intuitive movement. It's even research for me to understand deeper through experience the anatomy of our body and understand the benefits and alignment of an asana, for example.

I invite you to take a moment to allow the body to lead. To allow yourself to play and be curious about yourself.

Happy Weekend

Lots of Love

#somatics #movement #release #beyou #explore

P.s. I made this video a year ago but at the time I didn't have the courage to share it.. Now I am so inspired by all these fun people here to support each other with their funky various ways, so let's go! And I feel vulnerable yet motivated to share!

Let's be funky! 🌷🦋❤️💞🍓🙏🏼 Muah

Hello Community!

This sharing is like an old school photo album that has some of the highlights of my holidays which I'd like to have recorded and share with loved and inspired ones ♥️💐❤️🍀

It was simple and magical at the same time.

First stop:
Amsterdam to visit Oz. We met at Vipassana. We made arepas and had deep conversations and had wonderful hugs and also time to rest and restore. I also made the cauliflower pizza I used to make when living here. I felt free and seen. Respected and Connected and Loved.

Second stop:
Arnhem & Nijmegen to visit Sophie & her gang. Oz came too and I got to show the tree house where I used to live in with heated floors! It was wonderful to see her workspace an amazing gallery. And a friend was playing live! The sun was out and there were many colours around. We also had an Easter Breakfast the two before heading off onto the train for the next destination.

Third stop:
Rotterdam to visit my forever since ever best friend Sruti. I absolutely loved to get to see her new home, spend time with her cat and husband, and cook arepas for them! We had a spa day with massages and walks and Jordanian food.

I had also time both when landing and leaving to write, reflect, work on projects of my own and self, at beautiful spots such as Mediamatic, thanks for the recommendation @laura.von.hubert 🌷

It was my Saddhana. A beginning, middle and end, with care for the self and even shavasana 🤗🍀🌷💕💐🎊🪻

This trip made me realize so much about myself and where I am at. I got to be appreciative and experience true deep real connection.

Thank you and I love you

The surrendering, the enveloping, the mutual honouring. The unit, the unicity, and the unite. 🧬

I love drawing, sketching, capturing beauty and expanding the concept of beauty as well.

Here the bow of two humans towards and in each other.
The yoga - balasana.

Grateful to have met these two wonderful humans the past year. Looking forward to spending more time with yous and doing more fun and exploration together.

As thankful for all the times I got to model and be in contact with this world together with the communities of @svet__space & @portoatelier

This honouring and rest and support and love - YAS! 🌷

It's been so amazing to create the space for more art and drawing again 🥰

Much love,
Happy Today

P.s. I got into FBAUP @fba.up for an intensive drawing course! Dream come true.

To dreams coming to fruition! To daring to dream and and having fun along the way 🪷

Namaste

How fun to get to play with ourselves as a canvas to combine colours, textures and layers! We get to choose our own skin - my daily skin is nearly always clothes & outfits I can wear to practice yoga in, so then when it's dress up fun time I have so much pleasure 🦋🤗

🫂 Grandma's jacket
🫂 Special Dress from from when I organized a trip about Sustainable Fashion in India together in 2019 with @ceresbrunswick
@_ilovedom

Bringing in more fun & play & pleasure 2026 🦋 it'll fuel all the amazing projects and causes I want to contribute and work on!

Olá Lisboa!
Happy Sundaaaaay

Aquarius season:
pause, perspective, and forward motion ♒️

Listening to my body, regathering energy, and trusting the leap — creating the path as it arises and grateful for yoga to sustain me.

Reshaping home.

P.s.
Flagpole & French are some of the goals this year 🇫🇷 DM if you'd like to practice together ✨

Anonstories oferuje doskonałe rozwiązanie do ukrywania swojej tożsamości.
