squash caramel tart with chai white chocolate ganache: a pumpkin pie but actually not really.

The squash caramel is smooth, rich, and creamy & without any spices, it was pure pumpkin flavor. Tha chai was all in the ganache, which I kind of hated how mild it was but then came together in the tart so well. And I used a delicate buttery sable tart instead of pie crust :-)
