One week since this momentous day 🥹 This one goes out to our friends, family and loved ones in the crowd—we see you and we thank you for all that you have done to support our #ForeverBuffs 🫶
As a Boulder native, Kristin Davis inspired our newest #ForeverBuffs with her story of preparation and perseverance that led her to a career in acting, including in her iconic role of Charlotte York in the Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning series “Sex and the City.” With the global success of the show, she was able to pursue her interests in philanthropy, working with the UN High Commission for Refugees since 2014.
Her mother Dorothy, who attended our May 2 commencement, graduated from CU Boulder in 1967, and her father served as a CU Boulder professor. With her deep Boulder roots, it was an honor to have @iamkristindavis as the 2026 spring commencement speaker.
