Life Time Foundation
Healthy People. Healthy Planet. Healthy Way of Life.

Last month we were proud to welcome team members from Life Time Foundation ( @lifetime.foundation ) to Mill River Park. They joined us and provided help to our landcare team in caring for the park we all share and enjoy. Along with their hands on support, they also shared a generous donation that helps us continue this work year round.

We took a note out of @rachel__entrekin’s mantra book with this audio. Her mantra to herself while running 250 MILES in the Cocodona 250 was “Why not you?”
And she’s right, why not you? What’s stopping you? @lukas.coon talks about never giving up. You can feel that this fuel isn’t of fear or anger but of love and belief in himself.
What are you working towards? Remember that the only thing stopping you, is you. You got this. 💛
We’re getting GEARED up for @unboundgravel with the support of some of the best partners out there. 💛
These duffles by @bikebythule are like the Marry Poppins magic bag of travel bags. There’s so much room for shoes, helmets, hats, water bladder bags, clothes, all the @liquiddeath cans, and even a protective spot for your sunnies 😎
As you can see, our athletes will come well prepared 👏🙌😂
Adventure For All’s first exceptional race team is stepping onto the start line together for the first time at Unbound Gravel in Emporia, Kansas, May 28–31.
They’ve been putting in the work for months to get here so this is an exciting moment for each of them.
A huge thank you to @lifetime.foundation for supporting the Death to Doubt team’s travel and helping make this opportunity possible.
Here’s where you’ll find our athletes on race day:
- @theadventuredoer is taking on the 100-mile
- @phoebeaathlete and @lukas.coon are riding the 50-mile
- And our father/son duo Nick and Jackson (@_madeforgood_) will be out in the 25-mile
Keep up with our socials as we’ll be sharing more behind the scenes in the days from interviews to training to race day and everything in between.

Big moments start small… like a child’s first time on two wheels. 🚲
On Saturday at the Sea Otter Classic, we were proud to celebrate a $18,000 donation to @allkidsbikefrom @lifetime.foundationand @yourcaliforniaford via the Bronco Wild Fund.
This investment brings Kindergarten PE Learn-to-Ride Programs to schools in Monterey and San Jose, giving students the opportunity to build confidence, gain independence, and experience the taste of joyful movement.
Learning to ride is a defining childhood milestone, as well as a gateway to the outdoors and a healthier way of life.
Here’s to more first rides, and everything that follows!

Happy Earth Day!
Our Life Time team members and members had such an incredible experience giving back to our community planting trees and making a lasting impact for future generations. We also donated $2500 to Tree Utah from @lifetime.foundation to help support their efforts.
Grateful for the opportunity to partner with Tree Utah at Tracy Aviary Nature Center Pia Okwai and be part of something bigger than ourselves.
Let’s continue to show up for our planet every day!

This Friday, April 24, The Education Fund and @lifetime.foundation will celebrate Arbor Day in a @MiamiSchools Food Forest. Life Time Foundation volunteers will join students at Lake Stevens Elementary School to plant trees, harvest fresh produce, and experience firsthand how a schoolyard can become a living classroom.
Students will spend the morning the way they spend every week in their Food Forest: measuring, calculating, tasting, and connecting math and science to the world growing around them. They will be joined by Life Time Foundation team members and volunteers to plant species carefully selected to thrive in South Florida's climate and to keep feeding both the forest and the families who depend on it.
The Education Fund Food Forests for Schools is a first-in-the-nation, large-scale initiative that transforms schoolyards into eco-labs for student learning, with more than 30 varieties of tropical fruit trees, herbs, and vegetables native to South Florida (including banana, papaya, Barbados cherry, moringa, starfruit, and Okinawan spinach) selected to maximize both nutritional benefits and classroom opportunity.
A $75,000 presenting funder grant from Life Time Foundation supports The Education Fund Food Forests for Schools across Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS), the third-largest school district in the United States. The program reaches more than 26,000 public school students across 71 Miami-Dade County Public Schools. The Life Time Foundation has given $200,000 to support Food Forests for Schools since 2024.
In a county where the mean tree canopy cover is just 20 percent, the Food Forests stand apart: average canopy cover across the Food Forests reaches approximately 53 percent, according to a Florida International University study led by researcher Cara Rockwell, PhD.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.

Prioritizes secure, anonymous browsing without requiring login credentials.
Users can view public stories by simply entering a username—no account needed.
Downloads photos (JPEG) and videos (MP4) with ease.
The service is free to use.
Content from private accounts can only be accessed by followers.
Files are for personal or educational use only and must comply with copyright rules.
Enter a public username to view or download stories. The service generates direct links for saving content locally.
