Our athletes have been putting in the work for months leading into their first gravel race of the season, and platforms like @humango_ai have become a big part of that process.

From training rides to recovery days to building consistency over time, athletes like our captain @theadventuredoer have been using it to help prepare for the start lines ahead.

Starting today, we’re taking that same idea of consistency and movement and turning it into something the whole community can be part of through the 3.21 Challenge in collaboration with @_madeforgood_.

The challenge is simple. Move 3.21 miles a day for one month however you want. Run, walk, bike, swim, skip, hike. It all counts.

The number 3.21 represents the three copies of the 21st chromosome carried by individuals with Down syndrome, and this challenge is about much more than miles. It’s about showing up, creating visibility, and building a culture of inclusion through movement and community.

The challenge starts TODAY and runs through June 12.

We’d love to have you join us. Click the link in our bio to join our HumanGo Adventure for All group!

this is probably cringeworthy. . .

but this is what I’ve been up to lately in my spare time

this next year will be absolutely worth every minute spent in prayer for the Down syndrome community

all for God to be glorified and the hope that families are restored and redeemed just as he has planned!!

THE GIVING CHALLENGE IS LIVE. LINK IN BIO TO DONATE.

What we’re able to build comes down to moments like this.

Every dollar goes toward creating...
- more access to camps, programs, and education
- more opportunities for exceptional individuals
- more support for families
- more moments where belief starts to replace doubt

What you see on the surface is only possible because of what’s built underneath it. This is what funds the process, the consistency, and the support that allows someone to step into something they once thought was impossible.

Tap the link in our bio and add it to your calendar so you don’t miss it. Send this to 5 people you think would want to be a part of this movement.

When Nick talks about riding with Jackson, he talks about the things you don’t always think to say out loud.

From the sights to smells to the air in their faces and just simply being out there together to take it all in.

He wants Jackson to experience all of it not someday, but now. And one day, he will on his own. But for now, they make the for quite the dynamic duo on the starting line.

It can look like this is all about racing.

The bikes, the start lines, the finish lines… those are the moments we all physically see. These absolutely do matter. We don’t discount that, but the starting and finish lines are not where this team tells its story.

Everything you’re watching is the result of something that started much earlier.

It starts in the early attempts, in the small wins that don’t feel like much at the time, or in the decision to try again, even when it would be much easier not to. The journey starts when someone is given the support and the belief to keep going before they fully believe it themselves.

Not at the finish line, but at the beginning.

Because once belief is built, everything else follows.

We asked Nick this question: “If you could say one thing to Jackson right before a race, what would you want him to feel from you?”

He didn’t overthink it and it was pretty simple actually. “I love you… and thank you.”

The “thank you” is what gave a story.

Not a “thank you for racing with me” or “thank you for being here,” but a thank you for who Jackson has made him become

- A better dad
- A better husband
- A better brother
- A better person in every part of his life

You can feel it when he says it.

This season isn’t about showing up for races. It’s about showing up for each other and realizing how much someone can change you… just by being in your life.

If you watch anything today, watch this one.

And if this resonates with you, don’t miss what’s coming.

I will forever be in love with this day

and I pray that God help me
to treat each day of my life
just as I treated March 21

for every day is indeed a true blessing
and to ride 21 miles and pray for and think about
the Down syndrome community in general
is icing on the cake

I love you Jackson Paul Reed

Meet Jackson.

He’s 3… and already on the team.

Not riding on his own yet (give him a minute), but fully in it, fully along for the ride, and honestly… stealing the show a little bit.

There’s a lot more coming with this one. Just wait.

Our 24-hour Giving Challenge helps support athletes just like Jackson and creates more opportunities for moments like this.

that was an experience 🤣

wanted to get a quick upper body workout before going for a run

I still have so much to learn
the lift, not an issue
and I can run on my own no problem but

add in Jackson and the stroller
and it feels like all endurance goes out the window

but 4 miles in the heat
I’ll take it

and honestly I am just blessed
to be able to run with Jackson
and let him see creation
in a similar (but different) way than me

I pray for the day
I get to run with him side by side
and look forward to it with great expectation!

Love you Jackson!

after a long weekend in Lincoln with the @adventureforallus team

we made the wild trek back west to Kearney through the blizzard

without a bike rack available we had to take both wheels off (complicated with a specialty bike like this) to fit it in the back of the suburban

so as the weather warmed up I pieced it back together and took a brief ride in the cul de sac

thankfully Stevie was just as excited as me so she captured the first ride on camera!!!

now to bring along my co-pilot, Jackson, and get this bike season going

Meet the first ever exceptional gravel race team.

This year, five athletes are stepping onto gravel start lines as the official Death to Doubt AFA gravel race team.

Each one brings something different to the team.

Christian Loafman, our Captain
Christian leads with still confidence and strong character. He sets the tone for the team, showing what leadership looks like through discipline, preparation, and the belief that you always show up ready to do the work.

Lukas Coon
Lukas is the heart and soul of the team. He brings light, joy, and genuine love into every space he enters, reminding everyone around him why we are here in the first place.

Phoebe Andersen
At just 12 years old, Phoebe is the fearless female athlete on the team and rides with the competitiveness of a lion. She brings relentless determination and shows that self-belief and grit have nothing to do with age.

Nick Reed
Nick represents something powerful: a parent who believes his child’s potential is limitless right now, not tomorrow, not 5-10 years from now or “one day.” He rides to show what a growth mindset looks like in action and to build a world where Jackson grows up believing possibility is the baseline.

Jackson Reed
At just three years old, Jackson rides on the bike with his dad. Even though he cannot ride on his own yet, he gets to experience what belief feels like. Because belief is not something we wait to understand later in life. It is something we feel and something we live.

Different athletes.
Different roles.
Different stories.

One shared commitment.

Confront self-doubt. Choose self-belief.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
