Here it is. You, me and ADHD is out today, and I couldn’t be more excited/nervous. This has been a long time in the making, and is probably the thing I’m most proud of. If just one kid reads this and understands themselves better, then I am over the moon. This is the book I wish I had when I was younger, and to be honest I wish my parents could have had as well. A complete honour and pinch me moment yesterday to be invited to the @kingstrust 50th anniversary. I was officially made an AMBASSADOR which is just such a complete honour and I hope I make them proud. I also got to meet the king again and shake his hand! I also didn’t call him mate this time! My mum is going to be so damn proud of me, although I did chew the queens ear off about air purifiers 😂 It was so great to meet the winner Reece up on stage - what an amazing inspirational young man. To also get to show my girlfriend something that means so much to me was pretty awesome, getting to walk that red carpet with her and my sister was something that makes me smile thinking about it! 🙂❤️

A little milestone hit over the weekend. One of those moments you sit back and think wow I’ve always wanted to do that. Host a live show in a studio infront of a live audience on ITV. I absolutely loved it…even though it was pretty chaotic haha what a person to do it with aswell @kemirodgers you’re brilliant! What’s next on the bucket list?! ❤️❤️❤️
