If you’ve been following me for a while you will have noticed that I’ve recently moved to playing mostly vinyl. This felt like a natural progression given I mostly play music from the 90s, but in truth it just made me fall in love with DJing and digging again. I feel like in this era of algorithms and everything becoming so homogenised it’s more important than ever to find ways to stay unique in your craft and taste. Digging in record shops has really helped me find myself in my sound again 🫂

Aaaand this Friday I’m very happy to share that passion with these fellow vinyl lovers 🙂‍↔️🫶

@nmadria and I have been in touch online for a while now through our shared love of old-school prog. She’s an excellent vinyl-only DJ from Braunschweig and I’ve loved seeing her rise playing across Germany. She has a really refined, mature taste across house and I’m so happy to finally have her in Berlin following her debut back home in Moldova 🛫

@__charli.e I actually booked for my last Aimé You invites, she’s an absolute powerhouse, playing across the house spectrum so tastefully. She’s someone who has a great balance in life and is consistently pushing herself as an artist. Her mixes always blow me away and she’s recently had some stellar bookings, her first release, become a resident of @floathouse.studio and is now pushing vinyl too. Stoked to have her for her first (of many I’m sure!!) vinyl-only sets 🏖️

Finally, Antonplusone (cutie in the last slide) is my dear friend who is so underground he doesn’t have social media 👻 All jokes aside he has a massive record collection from 15 years of living and digging in Berlin and it’s always a pleasure to have such an experienced DJ on the lineup 🏋️‍♂️

We’ll be taking the roof off my dearly beloved @bulbulberlin from 23:00 into early morning. I hoooope to see lots of familiar faces there 🙆‍♂️
