Probably my favorite round from @inthecircle.itc bc I got too HYPED to go against one of my very first Hip Hop teacher @berry_groove92 🔥

Ahhh it’s always an honor and a push to share the floor with my mentors and teachers. This round, I wanted to show Berry-Groove how much I’ve learned from him and overall the VSNG program but also how I was able to adapt, update, and develop my own feel and passion for the dance. Ya girl will never back down from a challenge, and duh I wanted to take the round haha

I love all street styles bc it can be ever-so evolving but also deeply (and almost necessarily) personal. To learn from teachers and then have the freedom to explore and make it my own is something I don’t take for granted, and also something I’d like to share every time I dance 🙌🏼

Major props to this event and the judges for such a dope open styles bracket. Heat after heat y’all!!
