The first ACTIFEST (@actifest.nl) exceeded our imagination ♥️
The talks were powerful. The music moved us. The message was clear.
The artworks and installations confronted us with pain, memory and resistance. Cinema of Resistance was both heartbreaking and empowering. And throughout the entire day, people connected, organized, listened, questioned and acted together.
Thank you to everyone who showed up. To every volunteer, artist, speaker, musician, filmmaker, organisation and visitor: this only existed because of you. Thank you!

Co-creating Breaking Sameness and cultivating a community of likeminded artists and creatives alongside @nicksabine.coach has been the absolute highlight of my year so far. Excited to announce the last Breaking Sameness before the summer break on Sunday May 24th.
So far this year we spoke about vulnerability in artistry with @eliasmazian during BS #1, about love vs obligation during BS #2, with @___herve we dove into finding our own artistic voice and during the last session we explored fear of failure as well as fear of success.
For the upcoming BS #5 we’ll be talking to @_gnatasha (co-founder of Nxt Museum) about sustaining creative culture through collective practice: how do we stay creatively alive as independent makers while still being part of a wider ecosystem of collective care, exchange and recognition? We couldn’t think of a more fitting theme to close off this season and first half year of Breaking Sameness before we regroup in September.
RSVP for free via link in bio. Doors open at 3pm, we start 3.30pm sharp.
Breaking Sameness is generously hosted by @sfamsterdam and created by Nick Sabine and Olaf Boswijk. Artwork by @oscarlnowak
big love,

Get ready for a gathering of filmmakers, musicians, artists, academics, tech voices, activists, foodpreneurs, and YOU, all united by a shared commitment to positive social change.
What are you coming for?

— Music (energy to keep going)

Incredible to see the programme for @actifest (that I have been co-curating alongside a group of amazing individuals & organisations forming the festival) come to such full, vibrant and brimming life. What are you coming for?
— Talks (power, media, resistance)
— Cinema (stories that shift perspective)
— Art (immersive, confronting, real)
— Workshops (tools to act)
— Music (energy to keep going)

New inspiration, new energy, a NewImages Festival (@newimages.festival) feast in Paris 🌱
360 dome works, installations, augmented reality, virtual reality, talks, XR market, competitions, awards, and the most inspiring moment not captured on camera…the closing speech from director Michèle Ziegler. She drove home the role that images, media and technology play in fuelling war, aggression, suppression, control and erasure… and equally, our role in driving change 🦾. An important call to collective creativity and responsibility: to question, to reveal, to connect, and to actively shape a more conscious and human future through immersive media
An absolute honour to be a Decision Maker at this progressive, forward-looking, human-centric, festival. Thank you!

Thank you!

ACTIFEST
ACTIFEST is not a festival. It is collective intervention. 📢
May 9, 2026 | 13:00 – 03:00h | @door_open_space , NDSM (Amsterdam Noord)
At a time when injustice is no longer hidden, from Pa|estin3 to Congo to Sudan, from state violence to unchecked tech power, the question is no longer what is happening, but what we do and how we act.
ACTIFEST brings together artists, activists, thinkers and the public to move from awareness to action. Through films, talks, music, art and collective strategy, we create a space to confront power, reclaim narrative and organize.
This is where outrage becomes direction. This is where we stop watching and start acting.
Are you ready to join?

Over the past twelve months, the Global Creative Graduate Showcase (by ARTS THREAD) has continued its mission to support emerging creative talent across the world. I had the honour of being a judge this year and spent time reviewing the work of graduating artists and designers. It was a pleasure to see the range of ideas being explored and to play a small part in offering these new voices visibility and encouragement.
The winners and shortlisted graduates for 2025 have now been announced across categories including Fashion, Accessories and Textiles, Digital, Visual Communication and Film, Product Design, Architecture and Interiors, and Fine Art, Photography, Craft and Jewellery. Their work is well worth exploring and I encourage you to take a moment to look through the projects, share them, and help connect these creatives with opportunities that amplify their work.
You can see the full list and projects at artsthread.com

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.
Works seamlessly on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and modern browsers like Chrome and Safari.
Prioritizes secure, anonymous browsing without requiring login credentials.
Users can view public stories by simply entering a username—no account needed.
Downloads photos (JPEG) and videos (MP4) with ease.
The service is free to use.
Content from private accounts can only be accessed by followers.
Files are for personal or educational use only and must comply with copyright rules.
Enter a public username to view or download stories. The service generates direct links for saving content locally.
