Antaares is an electronic musician from Mexico City known for his deep, elegant grooves and powerful live performances. He’s brought his signature style across 16 countries at some of the world’s most prominent electronic stages such as Fusion Festival, Kater Blau, Envision and Wonderfruit, — and now he’s bringing it to Ōtautahi.
•
Antaares sits in that sweet spot for lovers of lower frequencies; slow, deep, and chunky, with rich textures and thoughtful sound design. His more recent work pushes into midtempo territory while keeping that unmistakable signature warmth.

This special night will be a composition of live and mixing ~ so prepare for a full journey from start to finish.

Suitable for introverts and extroverts alike.

This is inspired by “art~hack [wlg]” group that started 10 years ago and still going strong. People bring mostly projects that sit between technology and art, but all creative projects are welcomed. whatever is your thing! Maybe it’s an experiment, a beat in your head, a video/film, a conversation, some electronics, a notebook, a costume, your art can be anything.
