I arrived in Paris four years ago, knowing almost no one, but with the intuition that I appeared in the right place at the right time.I remember walking through galleries, imagining cakes that could exist in those spaces. Entering white walls through food was my passion and one of driven energies. Since then, I’ve met incredible people and we have done so many different projects together, expressive, courageous & creative. Some years later, here we are, at @perrotin with my cake captured alongside works of other amazing, powerful, inspiring women and food designers: @carodiarioparis , @cuhnja , and @laszlobadet . Beyond, there is a whole generation of talented creatives shaping food design direction and turning Paris into an avant-garde capital of the field.
