Cartography of Mountains

A furniture collection inspired by Colombian tradition and craftsmanship, rooted in the legacy of the arriero and translated into a contemporary design language.

A collaboration between Vélez Artisan and Studio Fango, where heritage, materiality and execution converge.

The project was approached through a full production process, with a strong focus on detail, coherence and material integrity.

From production, we shaped a proposal in which each piece reinterprets the symbols and routes of traditional arriería, connecting design, craft and territory as a living narrative.

Una colección de mobiliario inspirada en la tradición y el oficio colombiano, que parte de la herencia del arriero y la traduce a un lenguaje contemporáneo.

Una colaboración entre Vélez Artisan y Studio Fango, donde convergen herencia, materialidad y ejecución.

El proyecto se desarrolló desde una producción integral, con un enfoque preciso en el detalle, la coherencia y la integridad de los materiales.

Desde la producción, acompañamos el proceso dando forma a una propuesta donde cada pieza reinterpreta los símbolos y recorridos de la arriería, conectando diseño, oficio y territorio como un relato vivo.

A full-day shoot focused on capturing photo and video content for Cartography of Mountains, a furniture collection rooted in Colombian tradition and craftsmanship, inspired by the legacy of the arriero and translated into a contemporary design language.

A collaboration between @velezartisan and @studio__fango where heritage, materiality and execution converge.

From ABA studio, we coordinated the studio workflow on site, overseeing timing, setup and execution throughout the day.

Rodaje de un día completo centrado en la captura de contenido fotográfico y vídeo para Cartografía de Montañas, una colección de mobiliario vinculada a la tradición y al oficio colombiano, inspirada en la herencia del arriero y reinterpretada desde un lenguaje de diseño contemporáneo.

Una colaboración entre @velezartisan y @studio__fango , donde convergen herencia, materialidad y ejecución.

Desde ABA Studio, coordinamos la producción, gestionando tiempos, montaje y ejecución a lo largo de toda la jornada.

Cartography of Mountains

A furniture collection inspired by Colombian tradition and craftsmanship, rooted in the legacy of the arriero and translated into a contemporary design language.

A collaboration between Vélez Artisan and Studio Fango, where heritage, materiality and execution converge.

The project was approached through a full production process, with a strong focus on detail, coherence and material integrity.

From production, we shaped a proposal in which each piece reinterprets the symbols and routes of traditional arriería, connecting design, craft and territory as a living narrative.

Una colección de mobiliario inspirada en la tradición y el oficio colombiano, que parte de la herencia del arriero y la traduce a un lenguaje contemporáneo.

Una colaboración entre Vélez Artisan y Studio Fango, donde convergen herencia, materialidad y ejecución.

El proyecto se desarrolló desde una producción integral, con un enfoque preciso en el detalle, la coherencia y la integridad de los materiales.

Desde la producción, acompañamos el proceso dando forma a una propuesta donde cada pieza reinterpreta los símbolos y recorridos de la arriería, conectando diseño, oficio y territorio como un relato vivo.
