Lately I’ve been reflecting a lot on what it means to create in a world that keeps accelerating with new technologies. While everything moves faster, I felt the need to slow down, to return to the roots of storytelling.

JUNGLE is my response to that feeling. Shot entirely on 16mm, embracing the process. A tribute to the traditional craft, a way of working that allowed the film to breathe and find its own voice.

It was a pleasure working with @zebedeetalent, an inclusive agency representing leading diverse and disability talent within the film industry. A special thank you to @ariadne_on_stage for her immense dedication and the honesty she brought to every frame.

This project exists thanks to Chris Jenkin @barrio_productions and the beautiful team who trusted this vision and walked with me through every step of the journey.

It’s been a long journey since I came up with this project. A journey full of obstacles and challenges, but also encounters with talented people I’m thankful for.
