Abre’ is a civil rights attorney and Director of the NAACP’s Environmental and Climate Justice Department. Under her leadership, the organization has helped communities push back against harmful data centers and win.

Climate joy isn’t always loud. Sometimes it lives in hard-fought victories and small wins that protect people and place. In this clip, Abre’ shares one of the community wins she experienced while supporting folks on the ground.
