I had the opportunity to photograph @maria.themarias at her @notforradio concert in Paris, it truly felt like a dream come true. I was there across both nights, moving between shooting and just being part of the crowd, capturing moments on my camera and my phone. Here’s a little glimpse into those moments. I’ve been inspired by her work for a long time, so it meant a lot to create around her world and add some mixed media and drawing to a few of the shots. 🥀🦢

I had the opportunity to photograph @maria.themarias at her @notforradio concert in Paris, it truly felt like a dream come true. I was there across both nights, moving between shooting and just being part of the crowd, capturing moments on my camera and my phone. Here’s a little glimpse into those moments. I’ve been inspired by her work for a long time, so it meant a lot to create around her world and add some mixed media and drawing to a few of the shots. 🥀🦢

Alongside the photo series I just shared, I put together this short video using a moment from @notforradio concert I filmed on my phone, layered with footage of swans I captured during a time when I was going through one of my deepest heartbreaks. Back then, the song Swan hadn’t come out yet, but it would have been the perfect thing to listen to, alone on that bridge watching them drift across the water. 🦢 Now it gives these images even more meaning. Thank you @maria.themarias for your talent and for the inspiration. 🥀

Last Friday, I had the chance to be invited by @maudamourleone to attend her show @lesmeneuses 🥀

I was there to enjoy and admire, but as usual, I had my camera in my bag… and I couldn’t resist capturing this hypnotic performance by dear friend @juliedemont , suspended from her chains.

She performed to a piece by @mansfield.tya @rebekawarrior @carla_pallone that I deeply love.
What was so striking in the image of Julie in the air, held by her chains, was the parallel with the music.
A music that speaks of an ending, something like a fall, a wearing down, an end of the world.
And she, she held on. Suspended, resisting gravity, somewhere at the breaking point of her own world, and probably pain too.
There was something almost angelic about it, and incredibly powerful.

A striking experience that moved through me and one I’m grateful to have been able to capture from my seat. 🖤
