On Wednesday, May 20, at 10:00 a.m., we will be touring Proof Line Farm (@prooflinefarm), a sixth-generation, family-run dairy farm in Ilderton, Ontario.
During this interactive session, your students will:

🐄 Discover how the dairy cows are cared for
🍦 Learn how milk and other ingredients are transformed into gelato right on the farm
