6th marathon, 2nd marathon in 6 months, finish time of 3:56:12. My sub 4 milestone marathon!

London marathon weekend was an absolute dream, start to finish. I did not know how the race would go and if it was still possible to chase a solid sub 4 after a month of less than perfect training (to the say the least). Illness, injury, travel, etc, made me question it all. But as my amazing coach @lindaleighlore reminded me: no build is perfect. And that's ok. In fact, I now think it's helpful. Less pressure at the start line! I decided to just go out there and enjoy the city and see what happened. So we locked in, and had ourselves a day!

Thank you to @newbalancerunning for the whole experience and for making the shoes and gear that make running so comfortable and fun. (Swipe to last slide--apologies in advance for the X-ray jumpscare--for an explanation of why I'm so fanatical about shoe foam tech; the titanium rod in my right leg from an old high school soccer injury makes everything hit different, always has)

More moments from the day in swipe. Including the most epic finish line ever. 🇬🇧

Love you London!!!

Newwwww cover drop this week! Our Spring 2026cover star @eizagonzalez beautifully and vulnerably opens up about her health challenges (some of which took years to get a diagnosis) and what she's learned/overcome in the process. You'd never know from these pictures and her overall positive outlook that she's been quietly battling endometriosis, PCOS, pain, and more.

Bravo to Eiza for helping more women feel less alone and get answers and for defining strength on her own terms 💪🏻

➕ Swipe for our special social-first cover we made! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 We couldn't stop at just one.

My 4th NYC Marathon... A 12-minute PR, finish time: 4:00 ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 The day always feels like 7 days in one, and I honestly wasn't sure what might be possible after some crazy weeks leading up to marathon day. (But that's the beauty of the marathon right? The hardest part is everything else. Once you're on the bridge, nothing to do but run with your head and your heart.)

My coach @lindaleighlore (who also crushedddd the marathon with a speedy competitive PR) programmed my training block with that 4 hour number in mind and we nailed it, if I do say so myself.

Thank you to @newbalancerunning for the opportunity to run this magical race. I solely trained in NB shoes for this block, and my legs have truly never felt better which has been so cool to experience. (Particularly the leg with the ol' titanium rod / soccer injury.) Obsessed with the team, obsessed with product.

I 💙 NYC, I 💙 You All. Thank you to everyone who tracked and cheered both in person and from afar.

At Hearst's Eco-Conscious Living summit, I had the immense pleasure of hosting a chat with snowboarding phenom @hellobeakim who is raising awareness about the impacts of climate change on winter sports. The snow is disappearing, my friends, and a savvy group of pro athletes are using their platforms and power to make an impact with @protectourwinters ! So inspiring. I loved hearing Bea talk about how they use the skills honed as athletes (grit, determination, overcoming challenges, etc) to affect change in the climate space. ❄️🏂🏔️

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
