AME Group
#BuildingLegacy through collaborative mechanical design. Built on connection, dedication, and trust.

On April 23 & 24, AME attended the Future of Work Conference, a conference focused on the people, ideas, and innovation shaping the future of construction. Hosted by @pittmeadowsplumbing the event brought together industry leaders to share perspectives on collaboration, industrialized construction, and the evolving future of work.
We’re proud that AME Director and Principal Marie-France Venneri joined the panel discussion ‘Mentorship That Builds Trust’, contributing insights on mentorship, connection, and building strong industry relationships.

✨ Thank You to Everyone Behind the Meeting Point Co-Design Challenge ✨
Over the four days of Design Victoria 2026, The Meeting Point transformed the Rotunda into a vibrant hub for creativity, conversation and community connection.
Emerging from the Design Victoria Meeting Point Co-Design Challenge, the installation reimagined the Design Victoria “DV” as both a sculptural gathering place and a participatory design project — an evolving reflection of the collaborative spirit that shaped it.
A huge thank you to the incredible team who stewarded this project through the co-design process:
🖍️ @rickdiculousme
🖍️ @breannedr
🖍️ Maureen Elmer
🖍️ @smartdesignstudio
🖍️ Jignaa Vala
And thank you to the many partners and supporters who helped bring this project to life:
✨ Sponsored by:
@rjc_engineers and @ame_group
✨ Delivered in collaboration with:
@man.and.son.design, @dhk.architects, and @buildingmaterialexchange
✨ Fabrication support from @makespacenorthpark
✨ CNC cutting by @toolpathdesign
✨ Paint generously donated by @marlenajacksonadr
✨ Stools generously provided by @gabrielrossshop
What a line up of collaborators!!
We also want to extend a special thank you to @jawlproperties for generously hosting the Meeting Point in the Rotunda and creating a welcoming place for the community to gather throughout the festival.
And finally — thank you to everyone who participated in the co-design sessions and contributed ideas, energy and creativity along the way. This project was a reminder of what can happen when a design community comes together. We were able to capture a few images of our exhibition that documented the concepts coming out of the Co-Design Challenge.

Our Calgary and Vancouver teams were out giving back in their communities!
In Calgary, AMErs joined the City of Calgary’s annual Pathway and River Cleanup along the Bow River in Inglewood. In Vancouver, our team took part in the City of Vancouver’s Neighbourhood Cleanup Party at Kitsilano Beach.
A good reminder that small actions add up, especially when done together!

It is with sadness that we share that Henry De Jong has passed away.
Henry joined AME in 2024 as Technical Lead - Controls, in our Vancouver office. He brought decades of experience in building automation and digital control systems, having worked in the industry since 1987.
Before joining AME, Henry was with ESC Automation. Following its acquisition by Ainsworth, he stepped into retirement and continued to support the industry as an advisor before joining AME and contributing his experience to our teams.
Henry was well known for his training programs, travelling between AME offices and sharing his knowledge of controls across the company. Those who worked with him knew him for his patience, responsiveness, and practical insight. He was a trusted resource and a steady presence.
He will be missed by many across AME and the broader industry.

This is what three years running looks like.
AME is proud to be named one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers for 2026!
This recognition belongs to the people who make AME what it is every day, building connection, supporting each other, and growing their careers. It also shows up in the ways we make room for life outside of work, too.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
