Albummet er så meget mig som noget kan være - men samtidig så meget større end mig: Det er nemlig til jer! Jeg håber I kan tage det til jer, lytte og give det den plads og tid, det kræver. At stoppe op, lytte og mærke efter kan være en stor udfordring for de fleste, mig selv inklusiv. Bare det, at I læser med så langt her, er i sig selv imponerende, så tak for det! ☺️

Albummet er skabt med afsæt i min egen personlige rejse ind i moderskabet, hvor de mange overvældende hændelser der er sket mig, har stadfæstet, hvor råt og ubarmhjertigt, men også smukt livet kan være. Overgivelse har været et nøgleord for mig. Albummet er intimt og sårbart og storladent og kosmisk på én gang. I min proces med at forme dette album har jeg hele tiden haft en følelse af, at noget større end mig selv drev musikken. Jeg håber I også vil overgive jer - til musikken, til livet og til kærligheden! ❤️

For præcis to år siden udgav jeg “Variations of Love”. Jeg kan ikke helt få det til at passe, jeg synes næsten lige albummet er udkommet, men livet går nogle gange så rygende stærkt, at man ikke kan følge med.
Flere har i den seneste tid spurgt mig, om der er et nyt album på vej. Svaret er både ja og nej. Det sidste års tid har jeg nemlig været intenst begravet i at samskabe et album med mine kollegaer i IKI. Resultatet er blevet noget af det flotteste og mest helstøbte, jeg nogensinde har været med til at lave, og jeg er så stolt af, hvordan vi fem mennesker (i et band med fuldstændig flad struktur) har kunne bibeholde vores fælles kunstneriskevision, samtidig med gøre udtrykket så personligt. Jeg håber at I vil lytte til BODY og tage den til jer ❤️
Og hvad angår endnu et album i mit eget navn? Tja… nu er der ligesom gjort plads til, at jeg kan mærke hvad der trænger sig på. Jeg lover, at I hører fra mig før I aner det 😉
