This one feels especially vulnerable.
This is the landscape of my mind, the mind of someone who loves with anxiety and with fear.
The more you love something, the more you fear losing it. And I held on so tightly that it shattered in my hands.

It's been more than a year since I last posted me dancing for myself. Haven't had the courage to record my own freestyle for so long, because I'd pick it all apart.
And It feels so vulnerable.

Dear friends,
I’m sorry I’ve been quiet for so long,here’s an update of what’s been going on:
I’ll be studying in London for a year, for my MA in dance performance at LCDS.
I didn’t plan to go this year, but an incredible opportunity arose and I had to drop everything to go.
And so I did, I left behind my family, loved one, friends and wonderful colleagues to jump into the unknown.
The last few weeks have been a flurry of admin and giving time to my family before I go. I didn’t even have time to say goodbye to all of my closest friends.
I’m scared, but I’ll just have to have the faith that the future that I can’t yet see 🗻
