It's not always easy these days to find the time to make one typographic animation a week, but that's the challenge I've set myself for over two years now. And this time I didn't think I'd make it, I was so busy (I can't wait to tell you all about it).
For this animation, I'm using a lot of things at the same time, but what really helped me was the Submesh Deformer, which lets you duplicate something that's made up of several elements, which could be text or another duplicator. It's really very practical.

A few days ago, I came across a post by @agof.design that I really liked, and it made me wonder how I could recreate that kind of typographic movement as simply as possible in Cavalry.
So here’s the result of my research, with quite a few animation variations.
If you’re interested in the technical side of things: for this text animation, I’m using a Submesh (applied to the text), and I simply animate the X position in and out. On the Submesh’s Time Offset, I add a Stagger to create a time delay.
I would have loved to achieve this with just a single text layer, but I’m using a String Array and a vertical Line Duplication for more flexibility.

I had already created quite a lot of custom typography using photos, but never with video. So I decided to make a kind of alphabet and turn it into a promotional campaign to encourage people to eat five fruits and vegetables a day (apparently it’s good for your health)
For the technical side of this typographic animation, it’s very simple: I use a path duplicator (for the videos) and a stagger for the timing offset. As for the typography
